London celebrates Yohji Yamamoto: the creative genius who altered the aesthetic codes of fashion

Right from the start Yohji Yamamoto had a great power to transform fashion; now, in March, his hieratic power is showcased on a major London stage.

More than eighty of his styles will be exhibited at the Victoria and Albert Museum, including some from his menswear collections, along with sketches and photographs. A retrospective looking back over the years when the whole world paid attention to Yamamoto’s "visionary" idea of women’s fashions.
