SPRING/SUMMER 2011
PAUL & JOE

it was a 70’s revival at Paul & Joe’s Spring/Summer 2011 show, with long maxi skirts and chic flaired pants bouncing down the runway with an energy that recalled a time when people primped in groovy colors like tangerine, burnt sienna, and cherry. The models wore clear readers and loose and tousled hair, perfect complements to frilled skirts, cropped silver tops, straight cut pants, and hot shorts. Ruffled dresses were nicely accented by the brand’s collarless jackets, which came in leather along with several bold prints in citrine, black, and white. Though the collection referenced a former time, every item looked contemporary, modern, and bright
