Charles Manning, formerly men's market editor at Nylon and Nylon Guys, has been named fashion editor at the Hearst glossy. He will report to fashion director Michelle M. McCool. Additionally, Rebecca Hessel Cohen has been promoted to senior fashion and beauty editor at the title. She will style both fashion and beauty stories.
