It was love at first sight for George and Elisabetta. After passing an evening together, Elisabetta, who wanted to be sure of his intentions, asked him to come pick her up on the set where she was working. George arrived in a car with dark windows and since then they haven't left each other.

George had noticed Elisabetta in television during one of his frequent visits to Italy. During the summer of 2009, he asked mutual friends to introduce them at a dinner organized especially in Rome, where they both were at the time. The couple doesn't have children and neither one seems to be planning on parenthood at the moment.

For formal occasions he prefers a classic tuxedo or else a jacket and tie for events tied to his numerous charity commitments. But once the spotlights are off, the two of them like to dress in boots, T-shirts and jeans and climb on board of George's Harley Davidson.
